ARMM Governor Mujiv Hataman (2nd from left) and Public Works and Highways Secretary Emil Sadain (2nd from right) lead the joint contract signing of the P2.5M Expanded ARMM Roads Mapping Management System or the E-ARMM Project which aims to establish a database containing allinformation on roads in the region including their connectivity conditions as well as create a network system involving the eight districts of the region's DPWH that will serve as data repository. The E-ARMM which is funded by the department's 2013 budget has four months to implement its targets.
