ARMM Education Secretary Jamar Kulayan congratulated all the athletes and the coaches who participated in the five-day sporting event. He said they are happy that the annual sporting event proceeded without a hitch despite the tragic incident in Mamasapano.
He also urged the athletes who will make up the region’s contingent in this year’s Palarong Pamabansa on May in Tagum City, Davao del Norte to practice regularly and prepare for the games.
