MARAWI CITY, Lanao del Sur (PIA)--The Local Development Investment Program (LDIP) of the provincial government of Lanao del Sur disclosed its set budget for the development programs, projects and activities (PPAs) identified in the Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plan (PDPFP) running from the year 2023 to 2025.
Norhayna Diamla of the provincial government office underlined that the funding through the LDIP would be focused on economic, social, infrastructure, institutional, and environmental management development sectors.
She revealed that in total, 648 priority programs and projects were proposed whereby 270 serve as identified theme strategies for the social sector, 45 for environmental management, 217 for economic development, and 64 for institutional aspects.
Diamla presented that for 2023, a budget amounting to P4,632,855,709.21 would be allocated and the year 2024 would have P8,782,731,716.24 funding.
Meanwhile, P9,343,509,529.38 worth of budget would be apportioned for 2025.
Diamla stressed that this action would be anchored on their mission which is to advance betterment in the whole province.
