MARAWI CITY, Lanao del Sur --The City Schools Division of Marawi (CSDM) received a handwashing facility from the World Vision Philippines as part of the efforts in the fight against coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
CSDM Schools Superintendent Anna Zenaida Unte-Alonto conveyed her gratitude for the unwavering support of World Vision.
The facility will not only benefit the personnel and teachers in the division but also the partners and stakeholders. It also has a hand dryer machine with a supply of paper wipes.
The construction and repair of the same facility were also completed at H. Hassan Elementary School, Tuca-Boganga Elementary School, Abdulazis Elementary School, Sikap Elementary School, among others.
This is just one of World Vision's projects in response to COVID-19. The organization also looks forward to its long-term use among children in the prevention of any type of disease. (LELA/ PIA Lanao del Sur)
